Laura Ulanowski is Communications Manager for the Cross-Border Conflict Evidence, Policy and Trends (XCEPT) project at the Centre for Statecraft and National Security (CSNS). She has over a decade of experience leading communications and stakeholder engagement strategies worldwide. Working across economic development, global health, climate resilience and food security, Ulanowski has driven meaningful impact on research and technical assistance programmes funded by the UK Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office, Gates Foundation and Asian Development Bank.
