Julien Bellaiche

Julien Bellaiche is Research Director for the Global Network on Extremism and Technology (GNET) and a Fellow at the Centre for Statecraft and National Security (CSNS). Previously, he was Project Manager for the Repository of Extremist Aligned Documents (READ). He is also a PhD candidate in the Department of War Studies at King’s College London where his research focuses on the social and functional roles of conspiracy theories in violent extremist groups. Prior to joining CSNS, Bellaiche was an Analyst at the Jihadoscope (JOS) Project where he monitored violent extremist communities online.

Bellaiche holds a BA in Political Science and Middle East Studies from Tel Aviv University and graduated with Distinction from King’s College London with an MA in Terrorism, Security and Society.
